The process of copy board reverse development technology, there are a lot of electronic products coming out every day, and there are many of them that have a huge commercial interest in them. The first thing that has to be determined for reverse development of a product is the market scenario of the product, the cost of development and the feasibility of the project.
After determining the feasibility of the project and the market scenario, the next step is to find a developer. Here, I would suggest that clients should go for a well-established developer with a lot of success stories, as they have completed a lot of projects and have a good grasp of the evaluation of the product as well as other aspects that should be taken care of.
Here is what our developers do.
The specific process is as follows:
First, to determine whether this product can be developed successfully, from a technical point of view to analyze whether to solve the technical difficulties faced.
Second, give a reasonable development budget as well as the cycle and the cost of developing the product budget. Usually, through our reverse development of the product cost price is about 50% of the original price, some even lower.
Third, sign the relevant contract, the project begins to carry out.
Our company’s reverse development of the technical process is as follows:
First, disassembly. The PCB light board will be sent to the PCB design department for PCB copy board, the components will be sent to the BOM department for BOM production, see the encryption IC sent to the chip decryption center to extract the microcontroller program.
Second, after the PCB design is completed, the PCB file will be sent out to the PCB plate making factory for PCB proofing.
Third, the BOM table is produced and handed over to the Purchasing Department to start purchasing samples, and record the supplier and purchase price.
Fourth, to be newly produced PCB boards and purchased materials after the completion of the preparatory work, transferred to the debugging department by the engineers to carry out welding assembly.
Fifth, after the assembly is completed, start testing and debugging.
Six, debugging is completed, transferred to the customer, to be confirmed by the customer again.
Seven, the customer confirms that there is no error, the end of the pre-development, the two sides in accordance with the contract handover (the customer pays the final payment, the company provides prototype as well as all the technical documents).
